The reason why Japan is being left behind in the rest of the world as a “deteriorating work style nation”

Two Trends: Technology and Longevity

First, let's take a look at two trends that are shaping our lives.

One is that technology drives our lives. The way we live, work, and maybe even love.

It is believed that 60% of jobs, or one in three jobs, will be automated in the very near future. This is because the fields of robot development and AI technology will continue to develop.

But don't panic. This is because many new jobs will be created at the same time. Specifically, it is believed that nearly 50 million digital jobs will be created globally by 2030.

This is why smart cities are so important. This is where the entrepreneurs, the people who shape the city and create new jobs, will be born.

Another trend is increasing longevity. Societies where people live longer and have fewer children will have a higher average age. It means becoming an aging society. Currently, one out of every 12 people in the population is over the age of 65. By 2050, one in six people in the world will be over the age of 65.

In the meantime, the world is paying attention to the future of Japan. How can people of all ages live healthy lives? How do you achieve a healthy life for the rest of your life? Japan is now in a position to show that ahead of the rest of the world.
