Hikari Cloud Telephone for Microsoft Teams is a service that allows you to stand and arrive with landlines and mobile phones through Microsoft Teams from PCs, tablets, smartphones. A landline number linked to the TEAMS account can be granted, and in the home environment, each employee can directly exchange telephone calls with business partners. In addition, since it can be used from Teams, there is no need to prepare a separate device for telephone calls, and end users can aggregate devices and reduce the trouble of managing and operating office equipment. In addition to the Hikari Phone Office A contract, the use requires a Phone System or Microsoft 365 Business Voice (and Office/Microsoft 365 license) for Microsoft Teams. The monthly usage fee is 1,430 yen/number for the first number, and 1,100 yen/number for the second number. At the time of the call, a call fee for Hikari Phone Office A is charged, but calls to the Hikari phone service within the same group are free. Until May 31, discounts on initial construction costs will also be applied. NTT East has already developed the same name since April 2021.
