Main requirements

Businesses whose main business (business that accounts for 50% or more of annual sales) is affected by the declaration of a state of emergency in Ibaraki Prefecture, etc., and who meet all of the following requirements. *In addition, there are special exceptions and detailed requirements, so be sure to check the application guidelines.

(1) The sales in either August or September 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "target month") are the sales in the same month of the previous year or the year before last (hereinafter referred to as the "base year") 30% or more reduction compared to

Businesses that have obtained an alcoholic beverage sales business license or an alcoholic beverage manufacturing license for the manufacture, wholesale, or retail of alcoholic beverages can select and apply for either the “general category” or the “alcoholic category.” So please contact us. In addition to restaurants, etc., these businesses can also apply if they have transactions with businesses such as retailers in the prefecture.

(3) Having a main place of business in Ibaraki Prefecture in the same month of the target month and the base year

(4) In the base year, the place of payment of income tax or corporate tax is within Ibaraki prefecture.

(5) As of the date of application, the business has generated sales in Ibaraki Prefecture, and there is an intention to continue the business in Ibaraki Prefecture even after receiving the lump-sum payment.

Payment amount

Only one payment per business. Please check the application guidelines for details.

[General category] 200,000 to 5 million yen per business (calculated according to annual sales (excluding tax)), sales < less than 30 million yen / year: 200,000 yen, sales < 3,000 10,000 yen or more/year to less than 100 million yen/year: 300,000 to 900,000 yen Sales

[Liquor frame]

Only businesses that have obtained an alcoholic beverage sales license or alcoholic beverage manufacturing license can be selected. It is a one-time payment for the sum of August and September.
