I want to improve the quality of my sleep and wake up in the morning! Will my sleep change with the good sleep habit challenge!? ? #Omeza Talk

I've always thought sleep wasn't a big deal. In all honesty, I've had very few sleepless nights in my life. For that reason, when I heard people say, "I can't sleep" or "I wake up," I thought, "That must be hard." However, it is doubtful whether the quality of my sleep is good or not. My biggest problem is not being able to wake up refreshed in the morning. Waking up in the morning is a great way to start the day. However, since I was a child, I had a hard time waking up in the morning, and I still have a hard time getting up in the morning, even after 40 years. People say that as you get older, you wake up earlier, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I think it's because of my low blood pressure, but it may not be the only reason. Also, when I woke up in the morning, some people said that their lower back and back hurt depending on the day. Is this because the pillows and mattresses don't fit, or is it a physical problem? It's really uncomfortable to wake up in pain. So, I've been overlooking this kind of thing for a long time, but this year I set a goal at the beginning of the year to take a scalpel and improve it. So, it's already past the middle of February, but I would like to spend a whole year trying to improve my sleep this year! Here's what I'm thinking of doing next.・Early to bed and early to rise (especially sleep early at night) ・Evening bathing and resetting the body before going to bed (stretching, etc.) ・Reviewing bedding ・Measurement of sleep quality It is mainly divided into lifestyle aspects and items. There are many basic things that I haven't done yet, so I would like to take this opportunity to review them. This is because, last year, when I interviewed Dr. Daisuke Sakurai, a Chinese medicine practitioner, he told me that it is important to go to bed early at night, and he said, "If you feel sleepy at night, go to bed." I often get sleepy after eating dinner and taking a rest, and I end up sleeping on the sofa. That's why it's best to take a bath early. I've heard from experts that if you take a bath about two hours before going to bed, your body temperature will rise, so I always do it after dinner, but it's a good idea to take a short nap between dinner and the bath. On the contrary, it's a vicious cycle that you really go to bed late. So, I think I should start by improving this area as well as reviewing my life in general. Also, I would like to find the best mattresses and pillows that I have been interested in for the past few years. In the sense of "quality of sleep," there is only one thing that has already been adopted since last autumn. That is Yakult 1000 in the photo. Yakult, which claims to improve the quality of sleep, is the strongest in relieving stress and improving the intestinal environment. I've been drinking Yakult 400LT for a long time, so Yakult suits my constitution, and the intestinal environment was amazing (I don't know if it's because of that, but I haven't caught a cold at all during the corona wreck. Hmm) I heard about sleep and stress, so I switched to this one (I deliver it). It's already a habit, so I haven't noticed a big change (more than that, I have to fix my life), but my husband, who is drinking with me, is measuring his sleep with a smart watch. However, after drinking Yakult 1000, he said that his "deep sleep" time has increased, and he seems to be sleeping soundly and deeply. Anyway, I like it because I think that the approach to "sleep and stress" is really in line with the worries of modern people, and it's a modern product.

So, in the future, I would like to make various efforts in sleep, so if I feel something again, I would like to report it. (Editor Hobo)
