[PrintScreen] you can squeeze without using the key and graphics software.

 When making materials in Excel, I want to take screenshots and insert a lot of scenes. On Windows computers, even if no special applications are installed, you can simply press the [PrintScreen] key to copy the full picture of the desktop. Open the Excel table directly and press the [Ctrl] + [V] key to paste the copied image.

 However, have you ever been troubled by the fact that you can't find the [PrintScreen] key on a computer rented by a customer or a newly purchased computer keyboard? In laptops with small displays, the space used as keyboards will inevitably become smaller, so the two functions are shared and assigned to the same key, while pressing the [Fn] key while switching things. In the case of such a keyboard, "PrtScr" may be omitted, or the characters printed on the key are so small that it is difficult to see. In addition, for keyboards on tablet devices, some do not have the PrintScreen key itself. Of course, even without the [PrintScreen] key, most screenshots can be taken with multiple key combinations, but it's troublesome to remember the combination.

 At such times, it is only the function of Excel that can take a desktop screenshot and paste it on the agent. It is convenient and quick to paste screenshots into Excel without using picture software or [PrintScreen] key.

 As an example, the following "report on Product A" table opens the contents of the book in other windows as images are pasted (1).

 When you select the location where you want to insert the image (here is cell A3) (2), click the [insert] tab (3), [figure] (4), [screenshot] (5), and [available window] (6) is displayed. [available windows] displays a list of currently open windows. Select the window (7) from which you want to take a screenshot.

 Then, insert a screenshot of the selected window in the Product A Survey report table (8). With so many operations, you can simply insert a screenshot.

 Let's trim and remove unnecessary parts of the inserted image. First, shrink the Excel screen so that all inserted images are visible. Click [-] (9) near the zoom slider in the lower right corner of the screen to shrink the screen. Let's click a few times until the entire inserted image is displayed.

 After the entire inserted image is displayed, confirm that the image is selected, and then click the [Image format] tab (10) [trim] (11). A black trim handle (12) is then displayed on the edges or corners of the image.

 Drag these handles (13) to retain only the parts you want. Then, click the trim of the ribbon again.

 Then the gray part disappears and the pruning is determined (14).

 Take and insert a screenshot of the application (Excel workbook) that is open in another window, trim the image, and paste only the parts you want.

 This time, we introduced an example of pasting the contents of other Excel books as images, and of course you can take screenshots of other applications. It is important to note that you need to open the application window you want to proofread in advance. Otherwise, it will not appear in the available windows list. In addition, the smallest window on the taskbar cannot be occupied.

 In the previous paragraph, we explained how to take screenshots of the entire window, insert and trim unnecessary parts. Here, we will show you how to specify a range to take screenshots from the beginning.

 So, let's do it with the same example as just now. In the "report on Product A" table below, consider pasting (1) the contents of a book you want to open in another window as an image.

 When you specify a range to take a screenshot, the Excel screen of the operation is temporarily hidden, then drag and specify the range to capture on the subsequent screen. Therefore, before you start, when the screen in Excel is hidden, you need to be ready to display the window you want to filter on the screen. Here, the report on Product A table of the copied destination will be hidden, so the window you want to squeeze is displayed directly at the bottom of this screen ("Market share in Product A" book).

 In the state of selecting the location where you want to insert the image (here is cell A3) (2), click the [insert] tab (3) [figure] (4) [screenshot] (5) [screen area] (6).

 Then, the display on the screen automatically switches to the window that was previously opened. Because the overall picture is white, drag the range you want to cut (7).

 If you can drag the range you want to cut (8), release the mouse (9).

 The screen then switches to the "Product A report" table of the replication destination that was originally displayed, and automatically inserts the image (10) within the cut range.

 In this feature, because the screenshot is taken in a specified range from the beginning, there is no need for pruning later.

 This time we showed you how to take a desktop screenshot and paste it on an agent without using the picture software or the [PrintScreen] key, but only using the Excel function. Even if you have to work on a computer that does not have graphics software or a keyboard where the "PrintScreen" key is not found, as long as you have Excel, you can easily paste screenshots to the agent.
